Like all the games, Pokémon Battle Trozei features a variety of Pokémon to be captured. All 718 currently available Pokémon are available within this game, including multiple forms of the Pokémon.

Each Pokémon has got just one type, which is used to determine both its attacks, and the types it is weak to when challenged in a Trozei Battle. They also have specific Attack strength, as well as some Pokémon having specific abilities.
