Klara & Avery

Your first encounter with Klara and Avery is in Wedgehurst station. When you first encounter the,, they are giving their Armor Pass in order to go to the Isle of Armor. Before they can travel away, you will be stopped by a Galarian Slowpoke and the station manager will request you catch it.

After you catch it, they will then disembark towards the Isle of Armor.

Your next encounter with them is when you arrive in the Isle of Armor. They will claim to have been at the dojo a while and say that they were sent to meet you. However, when you claim you're not knowing what they're on about, they get a bit disheartened. They will want you to battle them so that they can show their strength.

Defeat them and they'll claim they went easy on you but start to question i they'll be noticed if your strength is shown at the dojo. They insist that you don't go there but gives you a Style Card so you can get more items of clothing in the boutiques across Galar

When you reach the dojo, Klara and Avery seem disgruntled that you went to the Dojo as they feel their power will be overcome. Go to the dojo and you'll be introduced to all the people there but, before too long, Klara/Avery's Dojo Uniform gets stolen by a group of extraordinarily fast Slowpoke.

Mustard makes it your first trial to get the uniform back from the Slowpoke in the Soothing Wetlands.

When you reach the dojo, Klara and Avery seem disgruntled that you went to the Dojo as they feel their power will be overcome. Go to the dojo and you'll be introduced to all the people there but, before too long, Klara/Avery's Dojo Uniform gets stolen by a group of extraordinarily fast Slowpoke.

Mustard makes it your first trial to get the uniform back from the Slowpoke in the Soothing Wetlands.

After you have retrieved their uniform, you'll encounter them again in the Master Dojo and give them their uniform back and your trial is completed

During the second trial when you have to find Max Mushrooms for the Max Soup, you will find Klara/Avery in the Warm-Up Tunnel as you approach some Max Mushrooms. They will insist that they saw the mushrooms first and challenge you for them. Once defeated, they'll back off and go off to find even better Max Mushrooms.

After you return to the dojo with the Max Mushrooms, the Max Soup is prepared with Klara and the rest of the Dojo students there and the trial is complete. Mustard then decides on the next trial. As only you and Klara/Avery brought Max Mushrooms back, the trial is down to just the two of you to get the "secret armor". Mustard decides that this is done through a battle, and as the dojo is on a Power Spot, you can Dynamax in it..

Klara/Avery are stunned since they've lost the previous times so go to the courtyard to prepare. When you start the battle, you soon learn that Klara/Avery sabotaged the courtyard. Klara set some Toxic Spikes up while Avery set it so the terrain is in Psychic Terrain. They Dynamax their Slowbro.

After defeating Klara/Avery, you'll next find them in Potbottom Desert where they are trying to train a Slowpoke to be more energetic. They will run off, leaving the Slowpoke but will give you a Rare League Card

During the post-game quest to get Gigantamax Urshifu, when you have completed the quest and have defeated Mustard, Klara/Avery will come up to you to offer their congratulations, but they insist that they will battle you again and that they won't hold back.

Finally, after the completion of the story, you'll be able to battle Klara/Avery once a day. They have a slightly stronger team than before but once again Dynamax their Galarian Slowbro

When you next see Klara/Avery, it'll be at the Galarian Star Tournament where they will announced that they are now a Gym Leader and say they have grown in strength. You can both face them and have them join your team
