The first WiFi Event in Pokémon Black & White gives you the special item, the Liberty Pass. This ticket will give you access to a special area in Unova where you will find the Pokémon Victini in the wild. This allows you to capture Victini and is the only way to obtain it.

Use:
The second WiFi Event in Pokémon Black & White gives you the rare Pokémon; Cubchoo. This Pokémon is not findable easily outside of Winter and so is beign given away over WiFi to allow everyone to get it. It is currently unknown if it has any special moves.

You get the Pokémon chosen at random so you can't select the Pokémon you receive. These Pokémon, based upon the Pidove, Pansage & Axew of Ash, Cilan & Iris respectively, have maximum IVs in Attack, Special Attack & Speed and natures that match
