You earn 20 Snowflakes from each Standard or Quick Battle, and 30 Snowflakes for each Ranked Battle and Snowball Battle

Pokémon UNITE has received a small update which adds a variety of things to the game.
First, the Pokémon Dragonite is now available to purchase in the in-game store.
Next, there is new Holowear available including the Premium Cook Style Snorlax for 1539 Gems until December 26th when it'll change to 2199 Gems, as well as Holiday Style outfits for Dragonite, Blastoise, Garchomp, Gardevoir and Mamoswine which cost 400 Gems each
In addition to this, a new Battle Pass, Agent of Disaster, is live, which runs until January 2022. This pass offers the Holowear of Concert Style Pikachu at the start and Dark Suit Style Absol at the end for those who purchase the Premium Pass

However, it will also give out the moves Icicle Spear and Powder Snow to Walrein. Icicle Spear will do 60 damage in both Trainer Battles and Gyms. You will be able to purchase a ticket to receive Special Research "The Spheal Deal".

The Pokémon UNITE Holiday Festivities event is now live. This event runs from now until January 16th 2022 and features a variety of changes, in addition to the Remoat Island Snow & Ice stage that has been running a week
First, the Snowball Battle in Shivre City stage has begun. This battle features a lot of wild Delibird which, when defeated, drop a gift that include 1 of 9 different items exclusive to the stage that can be used once. If you are defeated in this mode, you will turn into a Snowman temporarily for a short time and then resume battle where you left off
Some new Holowear is now available. These include the Premium Holowear Holiday Style for Pikachu and the Cake Style for Crustle, which are both on sale for reduced price of 1749 Gems and 1539 Gems respectively for the next week. In addition to that, the Cook Style for both Mr. Mime and Cramorant are now available for 400 Gems
The Illumination Challenge has also now begun where you can earn lights to exchange for some Holiday Outfits
Some Holiday outfits are also available in the in-game style shop

It has been confirmed that a special Holidays Event is to be held in Pokémon UNITE from December 15th. Adds Dragonite as a playable character on December 20th, many outfits including Christmas themed holowear and outfits, alongside a special mode and new stage skins including the addition of Delibird and Articuno as opponents in Shivre City and Tauros, Beartic, Cubchoo, Stantler and Panpour in Remoat Island.
The Holowear includes a Santa outfit for Pikachu, and a pudding outfit for Crustle. There are also Chef outfits for Cramorant, Mr. Mime and Snorlax as well as Christmas hats for Garchomp, Blastoise, Gardevoir, Mamoswine and Dragonite
There is also a new mode which involves fighting a snowman and attacking as a snowball

From December 15th to January 16th, the Special Battle will run. It's 4 vs 4 and you can't select battle items. However, when you defeat Delibird you'll get a gift allowing you to use 1 of 9 battle items. When a player is KO'd, they come a Snowman and can move around, but need to wait for the snow to melt before they can play again
From January 1st through 4th all Pokémon will have a special trial
The Illumination Challenge runs from December 15th through January 16th. Allows you to collect items and Light by completing challenges. You can then exchange these lights for items
On December 24th through January 1st you will receive a gift every day
From December 24th through January 6th there's a photo challenge. Each time you battle you get a Snowflake. With these you can unlock holiday items by filling a silhouette

Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This event is the Dragonspiral Descent event and is due to run from December 7th at 10:00 to December 12th at 20:00 local time and introduces Druddigon into the game with its Shiny available. This event is themed around the Dragonspiral Tower location in Unova
There will be a Collection Challenge to earn 1,000 XP, 3000 Stardust and a Druddigon encounter
Vulpix, Seel, Dratini, Dragonair, Mareep, Sneasel, Trapinch, Vibrava, Blitzle, Darumaka and Deino will be in the wild
Tynamo, Litwick, Cubchoo, Golett and Deino will be in 1 star raids
Electabuzz, Magmar, Lapras, Dragonite, Druddigon will be in 3 star raids
Dratini, Sneasel, Druddigon & Deino will be found in Field Research

There will be a special campaign where everyone can get Tsareena's Unite License for free by logging in. This series is a web based show separate from the main anime which focuses on several key aspects across the world of Pokémon. Pokémon Sword & Shield - VGC Ruleset
Ranked Battle Series 11/Season 25 is now live. This ruleset returns to the set of using 1 Restricted Pokémon and brings back Dynamax. This season will run from December 1st at 04:00 UTC to December 31st at 23:59 UTC. Be sure to check out our section for full details and Pokémon restrictions.
With this, the twenty-fourth season of Pokémon Sword & Shield's Ranked Battle has come to an end and with it, the rewards for participation in battles is now live. To get them, you need to check your ranking in the Ranked Battle mode and then go to Mystery Gift > Receive via Battle Stadium. These rewards include BP and items range from Armorite Ore up to Bottle Caps depending upon your placement.

This runs from 10:00 local time today to 10:00 local time on March 1st 2022 and features differing spawns based on the temperate seasons and a focus on Pokémon's past as well as new Raid Bosses which add Shiny Reshiram & Zekrom, Egg Pools and new Timed Research which is added every month. The Pokémon Café ReMix Greninja Points Event has begun. This event has players collect points by playing various stages in order to recruit Greninja. This runs until December 17th 2021
Alongside this, a new Monthly Pass is available, running until the end of the month. It has both a free path which results in a Minccino outfit, and a paid path that ends with a Rowlet Dapper Attire. A special log in bonus is also now giving Holiday Piplup.
