This ticketed event is an event to promote Pokémon's 26th Anniversary. This event has players select between Gold & Silver and work to complete Special Research and catch all Johto Pokémon. The progress for all Pokémon is available in Today's View. This changes the spawns you get and likely Shiny Pokémon:
Gold Version
Exclusive Pokémon: Spinarak, Gligar, Teddiursa, and Mantine will be attracted to Incense.
Higher Shiny Chances: Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Spinarak, Igglybuff, Natu, Hoppip, Sunkern, Misdreavus, Wobbuffet, Gligar, Shuckle, Teddiursa, Swinub, Mantine, and Ho-Oh.
Silver Version
Exclusive Pokémon: Ledyba, Delibird, Skarmory, and Phanpy will be attracted to Incense.

During the event, Raikou, Entei and Suicune may spawn in the wild. When they do, they have a 99% chance of fleeing so a low chance of capture. They can be photographed for the Timed Research challenge: "Photo Safari".
