Within the Eterna City Condiminium, you can find the Name Rater, a man who will change the nickname of any of your Pokémon.

Move Reminder |
Location: Pastoria City
Details:
The Move Reminder is possibly one of the most important Move Tutors in the game. In these games, you can get it done by visiting a man in Pastoria City. In exchange for a Heart Scale, they will teach your Pokémon any move that is in their Level Up learnset, or that was a move they learned from an egg or event.
After you have given 10 Heart Scales, he will start doing it for free.

Move Deleter |
Location: Canalave City
Details:
The Move Deleter returns in these games. While you no longer need him to delete HMs from Pokémon you no longer want them on, he will still provide the service of deleting moves.

Friendship Checker |
Location: Hearthome City
Details:
The Friendship Checker can be found in the Pokémon Fan Club in Hearthome City. Speak to the woman and she will let you know if your Pokémon likes you or not. If a Pokémon has max Friendship, she will give it the Best Friends Ribbon.

Massage |
Location: Veilstone City, Resort Area
Details:
In Veilstone City in the house next to the gym, or in the Ribbon Syndicate in the Resort Area, you'll be able to give your Pokémon a massage. This will increase their Friendship with you. They can do this once per day
The Veilstone City massage can sometimes find stickers attached to your Pokémon.

Location: Battle Tower - PCs
The IV Judge has always been one of the more important characters in the game but in this game it continues being part of the PC. After you have reached the Battle Tower speak to a man in the Battle Tower, you'll be able to check the IV Judge function. Simply press Start when on your box and it'll bring up the data for each of your Pokémon's stats as well as its overall potential

In the Battle Park shop, you will find Mr. Hyper. In exchange for a Bottle Cap, he will boost one of your Pokémon's IVs up to maximum in Hyper Training. If you give him a gold Bottle Cap, he will do it for all six stats |
