At the end of your 21st Floor you get challenged by the Pyramid Leader. Beat him and you shall get the Silver Battle Pyramid Badge:

Since you cannot enter Pokémon with Hold Items into the Battle Pyramid, you may be wondering about the PickUpness in the Battle Pyramid. If you didnt know, PickUp is an Ability that randomly picks an item up and attached it to your Pokémon. The Below Pokémon are the ones that have this ability:
However, unlike normally, it is not determined by levels...it's determined by consecutive floor number. You can detach them from your Pokémon, but whenever you leave the Pyramid, it's removed and you don't keep it. Below is a list of the Pyramid PickUp Items:
