Biography
Palmer is a Pokémon Trainer from Twinleaf Town. Palmer is one of the strong trainers in Sinnoh, becoming the Battle Tower leader. He is Barry's father and as such, he has some of the same eccentricities as his son. despite this, he is a caring person and is able to see strength in the Pokémon trainers he faces

Rhyperior
Rhyperior is Palmer's massive powerhouse. Using it in his battle against Ash's Grotle, it managed to hold it's own with its powerful attacks such as Rock Wrecker, Rock Polish & Megahorn. It has incredible strength behind it in both offence and defence and as such it was able to withstand one of Grotle's Energy Balls without even flinching

Palmer's Milotic was seen in the prologue of the movie; Arceus & The Jewel of Life. In the prologue, it is seen battling Cynthia's Garchomp. It managed to hold its own in battle against Cynthia's Garchomp and used attacks such as Protect, Ice Beam and Aqua Ring.
