Pokémon Eggs

Pokémon Eggs were introduced in Version 1.9.0 of Pokémon Masters EX. These provide new Sync Pair formations of various Pokémon but require a few different elements in order to run. When you get given the egg, you will need to hatch it before you can get the Pokémon.

You will receive eggs randomly by beating battles with higher difficulty stages giving a higher chance at eggs. At first you can only hold 4 Eggs and 1 Incubator but you can purchase an additional permanent Incubator and a third for a limited time. These can only be purchased with Paid Gems.

An Egg will require 6, 8 or 12 hours and 3 battles in order to hatch. Once hatched, you keep them in day care and can choose whether or not to make them into a Sync Pair. If you do, they join your team. If you don't, then you get Egg Tickets which can be exchanged for items to boost your Affinity

Pokémon that hatch from eggs are different to the usual Pokémon. First, they have no Sync Grid capabilities and they can power up their moves using Egg Move Candy rather than the usual Move Candy. They also don't have a Sync Pair Story to evolve, but rather just need to reach a certain level and you have 1 Evolution Shard or Crystal.

The big change is a new Affinity system. Each hatched Pokémon has got a maximum Affinity Level and you can boost it by giving it various Berry Tart items. With each item given, the Pokémon's stats increase. This is in addition to any increase from improving the potential of a Pokémon.
