Icirrus City is a small city located above a swamp. The swamp attracts numerous wild Pokémon which are only available during the non-Winter months. During Winter, massive snowfall hits the area and causes some areas to be accessed which weren't previously accessible. It is decorated by numerous windmills to the south. In the Pokémon Centere, there is a Collector who collects various stones found around Unova

In the Pokémon Fan Club of Icirrus City, there is a girl who will tell your Pokémon how happy they are so you have the ability to determine whether they're ready for evolution or if certain moves will hit harder.

Gym (BW Only)
The Gym is in the cliffface in the north part of the city. This gym features a variety of ice related puzzles where you have to navigate your way around.
