The Battle Park is an area that contains a special castle shop where you can exchange Battle Points for items as well as the Battle Tower.

Hyper Training
In the Battle Park shop, you will find Mr. Hyper. In exchange for a Bottle Cap, he will boost one of your Pokémon's IVs up to maximum in Hyper Training. If you give him a gold Bottle Cap, he will do it for all six stats
