Today, at 13:00 UTC / 14:00 BST / 15:00 CEST / 09:00 EDT / 06:00 PDT / 22:00 JST / 23:00 AEST, a special presentation of new Pokémon Sword & Shield - Expansion Pass information will be held. This will provide new details about the upcoming DLC pack. You can watch it live below and we will provide full updates as and when they come

The Crown Tundra releases on October 22nd in America and October 23rd in Europe and Japan while a special physical bundle containing Sword & Shield and the EXpansion Pass will release November 6th

Pokémon GO to HOME connectivity is coming soon. When you first transfer, you'll receive a Gigantamax Melmetal. GO connectivity to hit in 2020
It is confirmed that Pokémon Sword & Shield Crown Tundra contains a new item, the Ability Patch, that allows for you to change a Pokémon's ability to its Hidden Ability
With Dynamax Adventures, players will take 3 different Pokémon in but select one ahead of the next battle as you go through battles with Dynamax Pokémon. Reduced Hit Points and PP remain from the previous battles

In addition to the Original Cap Pikachu event that is currently live with the code P1KACHUGET that was announced in the reveal, a new code: 1CH00SEY0U is also live to get the Partner Cap Pikachu. Like all of the Pikachu codes, these codes will expire on November 30th

Mega Houndoom is now available in Raid Battles in Pokémon GO and available to Mega Evolve once you have obtained nnough Mega Energy to do so. Mega Houndoom requires 200 energy to first Mega Evolve. Check out our Mega Evolution section for further details

Niantic have announced that some of the bonuses that have been in place since the pandemic began are to end on October 1st at 20:00 UTC. As of then, hatch distance will return to normal and Incense's increased effectiveness will only apply while walking. and Buddy Pokémon will only give you gifts once per day.
However the maximum gifts will remain at 20, you'll continue to receive 3* Stardust and XP on your first catch and Incense remains running for 60 minutes. Currently it's unknown if the other features such as standard damage for Remote Raids will remain

Niantic have announced a special Pokémon HOME celebration event for when connectivity opens up later this year. During this celebration, Shiny Meltan will start to appear once again from the Mystery Boxes in Pokémon GO. Currently we have no further details so be sure to keep checking back.
A Pokémon Support article indicates that there will be a cost in PokéCoins in Pokémon GO to transfer Pokémon from Pokémon GO to Pokémon HOME. At present no further details such as the true cost are known. We'll provide details as they come
