The first episode of the Pokémon Twilight Wings web anime series is now live. This series is a web based show separate from the main anime which focuses on the characters of the Galar Region. It is produced by Studio Colorido and airs monthly on the official youtube channel. The episode can be found below. We're currently updating all our databases with the content of this episode

Following the announcement last week and the subsequent confusion in dates, The Pokémon Company International have put out the corrected dates for the upcoming Galar Newcomers competition. Registration opens at 06:00 UTC on January 16th through January 23rd 23:59 UTC with battles January 24th through January 26th 23:59 UTC. Check the image for full details on this online competition

It has been confirmed that during the Community Day on Sunday, if you evolve Prinplup into Empoleon during the five hour window, your Pokémon will know the charge move, Hydro Cannon. The Community Day runs at 11am to 2pm in each local time zone in the northern hemisphere and 3pm to 6pm in the southern hemisphere, with an extra 2 hours afterwards for evolution

A new Sync Pair Scout banner that increases the chance of getting the Sync Pair, Ethan & Cyndaquil is now live, being available until January 29th.
Alongside this, a new Fire-type Training Event has begun. These stages allow for you to train up your Fire-type Pokémon
A special EX stage for Janine has been made available
A new Sync Pair Support Log In Bonus is now running giving 150 Gems a day for 14 days

Details about upcoming updates have been revealed for Pokémon Masters:
First, the Sync Grid is to debut in an update in Mid January. This feature allows for you to collect Sync Orbs and teach your Sync Pairs new skills which include stat boosts, passive skills, enhancements to moves and more. Almost all Sync Pairs will have limited Sync Grids but more will be enhanced as time passses starting with Main Chatacter, Flannery and Flint with Pryce getting added. The plan is for 4 Sync Pairs to get expanded a month
A new Legendary event will begin in late January. This event will feature an "immensely popular Legendary Pokémon"
Event Mission Bingo will start in late January offering special items for training and Sync Orbs for the Sync Grid
To celebrate 6 months of the game, some things have been further detailed
The Battle Villa will launch. This feature lets you train up to 9 Sync Pairs a day. Here, you'll face off against Sync Pairs of various difficulties depending on the level you're in to get further. It has unique rewards and special items. Progress is reset at fixed intervals and you'll receive gems based on how far you make it. Battle Villa items allow you to obtain Sync Pair Lucky Skills hat give special effects when conditions are met.
Story Events will be updated starting late February which give more rewards including Sync Orbs and Power-Up Items.
A special Sync Pair will come to Passio with some training Missions
Many unevolved Pokémon will become able to be evolved
Chapters 22 through 24 will be added to the game including new Sync Pairs to coincide with it
