Pokémon X & Y - Electabuzz & Magmar Code
For those of you in the UK, it has been announced by MCV that from this Friday, April 4th 2014, players of Pokémon X & Pokémon Y will be able to go to GAME stores and receive a Serial Code for Magmar for Pokémon X & Electabuzz for Pokémon Y. No purchase is necessary for this, you just have to ask the staff for the code. It is not known if these Pokémon have anything special. We'll bring more as it comes.

Super Smash Bros for Nintendo 3DS & Wii U - Lumiose
Following its confirmation two weeks ago, a new picture has been released of the Lumiose City stage. This shows that the fighting on the level takes place at least partially at the front of the Prism Tower, and that the time of day changes within this stage.

It has been revealed that America & Europe is to hold a new Battle Competition soon. The 2014 April Friendly is to be held in April. This Battle Competition is a Single Battle competition, with only Pokémon in the Kalos Pokédex eligible with no restrictions so Xerneas, Yveltal, Zygarde & Mewtwo are eligible, and only if they were hatched/caught in Kalos. The other rules are standard: Level 50, 3 of 6 Pokémon in your team eligible, no two Pokémon of the same species, no two of the same item and it keeps the 20 battles a day restriction of the Beta Competition. The registration period runs from April 17th 2014 to April 24thth 2014 and the competition itself runs from April 25th 2014 to April 28th 2014.

The Pokémon Company has released the first trailer for the upcoming special, Strongest Mega Evolution Act 1, which will air in Japan on April 3rd 2014. This special features a new trainer called Alan as he travels through the Kalos region to defeat every single Mega Evolution, including the one owned by the Elite Four member Siebold. This set, the third in the XY series, is called Rising Fist (ライジングフィスト) and is due for release in Japan on June 14th. This set will focus upon Mega Lucario and features over 96 cards within it. It has been revealed that Japan is to hold a new Battle Competition soon. The Famitsu Challenge is to be held in April. PokéTouch Announced
Several months ago, the trademark for ポケタッチ (PokéTouch) was registered, and now it has been announced, as an educational app. This app is accessed via smart devices web browsers and in it, the children can type out the Pokémon's names, go on adventures and play mini-games to improve their hand-eye co-ordination and ICT skills. This education app is available only for schools and other educational places in Japan and is sold by the license. Under 50 licenses = 15,000¥, 51-100 licenses = 24,000¥, 101+ licenses = 36,000¥

Pokémon Diamond & Pearl Soundtrack
For those of you in North America and Europe, the next wave of soundtracks has been released by The Pokémon Company. This particular soundtrack is the Pokémon Diamond & Pearl soundtrack and contains 149 tracks from the games for $9.99/Ł7.99/€8.99 on the iTunes platform. The Pokémon Company has promised that the soundtracks for Black & White and Black 2 & White 2 are to be released within 2014.

Its brittle shell occasionally spouts intense flames that circulate throughout its body. Its body is as hot as lava and is always billowing. Flames will occasionally burst from its shell. Its body temperature is roughly 18,000 degrees F. Flames spout from gaps in its hardened shell. The shell on its back is just skin that has cooled and hardened. It breaks easily with a slight touch. It has been revealed that Japan is to hold a new Battle Competition soon. The Japan Cup 2014 is to be held in May in order to help players accumulate points for entry in the Pokémon Video Game Championships this year. This Battle Competition is a Double Battle competition, with only Pokémon in the Kalos Pokédex eligible, and only if they were hatched/caught in Kalos. The registration period runs from April 23rd 2014 to May 2nd 2014 and the competition itself runs from May 2nd 2014 to May 5th 2014.

Following last night's reveal of the White 3DS LL based on Pokémon Battle Trozei being given away with a competition on the Pokémon Daisuki Club website, it has also been confirmed that CoroCoro is running a promotion. This promotion offers another Pokémon Battle Trozei themed Nintendo 3DS LL, this time it's Black with a different set of decals on it. It is given via a lottery in CoroCoro which requires sending in an entry to be nominated. The deadline is April 14th 2014 and there are to be only 5 winners

The first details of the upcoming special, Mega Evolution Act I have been revealed. This special, due to air on April 3rd in Japan, focuses on a new character called Alan, as well as the Elite Four member Siebold, with other new characters Manon, Louis and Ayaka as they travel and unlock the secrets of Mega Evolution. Alan's goal is to defeat every single Mega Evolution to prove himself as the strongest trainer.This goal leads him to Siebold who has got a Mega Evolution of his own.

Pokémon - CoroCoro Reveals
The next batch of CoroCoro information has been posted to Japanese forums and this batch showcases more information. First, it has confirmed that the Pokémon to be distributed with pre-booked tickets of the movie, and winner of the campaign is Darkrai. The distribution will run in Japan from April 19th to September 30th 2014 if you book tickets for the movie, Cocoon of Destruction & Diancie, before July 18th 2014, using a special Serial Code on the ticket. It is Level 50. It has the moves Dark Void, Dark Pulse, Phantom Force, which it can't learn elsewhere, & Dream Eater. We'll bring more on it when we can

For those of you with a Nintendo 3DS, the 30 day trial for Pokémon Bank will no longer be available after Friday. From then on, if you have yet to begin on Pokémon Bank, you will have to pay Ł4.49/€4.99/$4.99 in order to use it. If you have begun using Pokémon Bank already, then your trial will remain unaffected until it expires

Pokémon Battle Trozei - Coverage Day 1
It's that time again, as Pokémon Battle Trozei is now available on the Japanese eShop for the Nintendo 3DS. Our copies have downloaded and we are making a start on coverage. As usual, I'll be posting the main focal points here, while more in-depth details go on the discovery thread on the forums
The app is a small 390 blocks to download. That's approximately 48MB
13:14: Each Zone appears to have six levels in, You unlock more as you go. After you have finished the first level, you can view the Pokémon list. These are ones you captured and can help you in the levels once you unlock that feature
13:20: In the levels, there are certain Pokémon that appear hidden. These Pokémon are signified by a silhouette on the level select page, which shows the Pokémon available, having a blue aura around them. From what I can tell, they unlock through things like getting a high combo, like 30+
13:50: After beating Zone 3-1, you unlock the Support Pokémon. This allows you to select one Pokémon to place in your party and will make that Pokémon appear in the Trozei board, so you can use its attacks. This allows you to be tactical.
14:11: After completion of Zone 3, you unlock the Safari Jungle. This area has its stages change each day.
14:40: Some Pokémon have moves that, rather than attack your Trozei Box, they will instead either move around tiles in your box or replace them with ones of themselves, which could break combos

The next Pokémon related input in the new Super Smash Bros game has been announced. It has been confirmed that Lumiose City will be a stage in the Nintendo 3DS version. Not much is known about this stage at this time, but it is confirmed that players will fight atop the Prism Tower

The official movie site has updated with some further details of the upcoming movie, Cocoon of Destruction & Dianice. This includes character names and a summary. First, with the summary The Diamond Ore Country is a beautiful land located deep underground, where the "Jewel Pokémon" Carbink live in peace and prosperity. In this country, a giant diamond known as the "Sacred Diamond" can be found. The Sacred Diamond has played the role of an important energy resource throughout the ages. However, the princess of the Diamond Ore Country, Diancie, currently does not possess this power.Having encountered Satoshi and Pikachu, Diancie sets out on a journey to save her country; a journey in search of the "Life Pokémon" Xerneas, seeking its sacred power.Along the way, Rocket Gang, the thief named Marilyn, and a Ninja thief attack Diancie. Can Diancie save its country? And what is the fate of Satoshi and Pikachu! Along for the journey are the parent-child combo of Milis and Argos,but on the journey, they find a cocoon where the "Destruction Pokémon" Yveltal, which is said to have once eradicated all life in the Kalos region, sleeps...
The character names were also revealed. The owner of Delphox is the thief, Marilyn Flame, the owner Greninja is called Ninja Riot, Argos Steel is the father of Milis Steel and Milis owns Chesnaught. In addition to that, there are named Carbink. Daii is the elder of the Diamond Ore Country while the other three, Majima, Knight and Joke are classed as butlers of the Diamond Ore Country and join Diancie in its journey.
Edit @ 23:26: A longer version of the trailer just aired on Pokémon Get☆TV and revealed some further details. In it, it starts with Ash & Co. entering the Diamond Ore Country, only to be spotted by Dai. The trailer features the attack on Diancie by Marilyn and Riot. The rest of the trailer unfolds like the previous one, but featured a clip from the special, Pikachu, What Kind of Keys Are These? and featured Klefki opening a portal. A clearer image of the Pokémon Battle Trozei's Japanese Download Card has been released. In this image, it lists that a maximum of 50MB is required on the SD card on the 3DS. Pokémon XY The Movie - The Cocoon of Destruction & Diancie
During today's episode of Oha Suta, a new trailer for the upcoming movie Cocoon of Destruction & Diancie has been revealed. This trailer provides the first true footage of the movie and is the first to feature Diancie in animated form. The trailer shows Mega Absol & Mega Scizor fighting, as Xerneas & Yveltal step in and battle. Following this, Diancie awakens inside a cave. We expect to have video soon so keep checking back. Pokémon Link Battle
Nintendo of Europe have announced the price of the upcoming 3DS download title, Pokémon Link Battle. This game, known in Japan and America as Pokémon Battle Trozei, is the sequel to the DS puzzle game Pokémon Trozei and features you completing puzzles, with a new twist of using them to capture wild Pokémon. This game is to be released in Europe on March 13th for Ł7.19 in the UK, and €7.99 for the rest of Europe. This continues on from the previously announced Japanese price of 800¥ on March 12th, and the North American price of $7.99 on March 20th. We'll cover this game in full upon its release next week

It lives in volcanic craters. Its breath also sears and sizzles.When shooting 3,600 degree F fireballs from its arms, its body takes on a whitish hue from the intense heat. So here it is, the eighteenth entry, Magmortar.
