Pokémon Level Up

With your Helper Pokémon, you can help them gain more skills or ingredient pick ups by levelling them up. Every 10 to 15 levels they can access more Subs Skills and at Levels 30 and 60 they unlock more ingredients.

Increasing your Pokémon's experience can be done in two different ways. The first is simply by having it on your Helper Team as you sleep with Snorlax. This will gain various experience based on how well you sleep

The second alternative unlocks after you have seen 7 different Sleep Styles and allows you to level up Pokémon by using your Candy, which you get for seeing the Pokémon asleep or as a gift while they're collecting ingredients. Once unlocked, you will be able to exchange Candy and Dream Shards in order to give it an experience boost. This is 25 Experience per Candy used.

Like the main series, different Pokémon species have a different level of experience growth so some will need more experience per level than others.

There are a few benefits for levelling up. In addition to getting Subskills and more ingredients unlocked as you progress, there are a few more benefits to levelling up

In addition to that, the wait time for finding ingredients and carry size will gradually improve as your Pokémon level up meaning your Pokémon will find more items quicker where possible.

You can also evolve your Helper Pokémon. To do this they need to be at a specific level and you need candy. Some other requirements will also exist such as evolution items being necessary if they are used in the main games, or if they are happiness based evolutions in the main game, you will need to spend 50 hours sleeping with them as your helper
