| South Exit: Verity Lakefront Lake Verity is a lake to the north-west of Twinleaf Town. In the middle of the lake is a cave where the legendary Pokémon Mesprit dwells. When you manage to enter the cave, Mesprit will run off and roam Sinnoh. In Diamond & Pearl, you will find a case containing PokéBalls when attacked by some wild Pokémon, choosing the starter Pokémon with which you begin your journey. Special Moves used in Lake Verity:
