A Pokémon Presents has been announced. This Pokémon Presents will air on February 27th at 14:00 UTC / 09:00 EST / 06:00 PST / 15:00 CET / 23:00 JST. It's currently unclear what it will feature but it will last 25 minutes.

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet
The next 7 Star Tera Raid Battle event has been announced for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. This event will feature a battle against a Pikachu with the Water Tera Type and the Mightiest Mark. It can only be caught once per save file.
This event will run from 00:00 UTC on February 24th through 14:59 UTC on February 27th

Pokémon GO
The Pokémon GO Primal Rumblings Event is now rolling out in Asia Pacific regions. This event runs from 10:00 local time until 20:00 local time on February 24th and features multiple Hoenn Pokémon spawns as well as a Collection Challenge

Pokémon International Championships
Details have been released for the 2023 Pokémon International Championships in North America. This event will run from June 30th through July 2nd in Columbus, Ohio in the Greater Columbus Convention Center. It will feature competitions for VGC, TCG, Pokémon GO and for the first time, Pokémon UNITE
It has also been confirmed that the European International Championships in London, UK in April will also have competitions for Pokémon UNITE in addition for Pokémon GO, VGC and TCG
