Pokémon Scarlet & Violet - Gift Distribution
A new distribution has begun in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. This distribution is given in the World Championships stream and gives all players a Gastrodon based upon the the Gastrodon used by the 2022 World Champion last year.
It is obtained with the code 23WCSGASTR0D0N and runs until August 14th 2023 at 23:59 UTC so get it while you can

Pokémon Trading Card Game
The Pokémon Company have revealed a variety of new cards for the new set, Raging Surf. This set is the third subset and features Gholdengo as well as Water Tera Type Garchomp. We have added cards to our Card Database with help from ToineLay for translation

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Obsidian Flames - TCG Set Release
Today marks the release of the Obsidian Flames TCG Set. This set contains over 230 cards of various Pokémon including various Pokémon ex, with the first type changed Tera Pokémon ex.
Our Obsidian Flames card listing and the associated Cardex have been updated with the full details of all cards in this set

Pokémon Path to the Peak
The first episode of the new animated show, Path to the Peak is now available. This show focuses on Ava who befriends some children as she moves to a new town and bonds ovr Pokémon. Episode 1 is out today, Episode 2 on August 16th, Episode 3 on August 23rd and Episode 4 on August 30th

Pokémon World Championships
Today is Day 1 of the Pokémon World Championships. Today features battles for four of the games in the current Play! Pokémon Circuit: VGC, TCG, Pokémon UNITE and GO. All four games will be streamed in individual streams
All streams will begin at 01:00 (BST) / 20:00 (EDT) / 17:00 (PDT)
We have all the streams in our new Play! Pokémon Stream Hub which allows for tabbing between all four streams or loading all together
We also have the Opening Ceremony embedded below
News for Scarlet & Violet and the Pokémon TCG will come during the Closing Ceremony on Sunday

Pokémon GO
The Pokémon GO Pokémon World Championshipsevent is rolling out globally, from 10:00 local time today through to 20:00 local time on August 15th. This event focuses around the World Championships and adds Passimian into the game.
