Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This event is the Halloween Mischief Event and is due to run from October 15th from 10:00 to October 31st at 20:00 local time in two parts and introduces Galarian Slowing, Phantump, Trevenant, Pumpkaboo & Gourgeist to the game
Both events will have 2* Transfer Candy, 2* Catch Candy, 2* Hatch Candy and Guaranteed Candy XL when walking with your buddy. There will be Lavender Town Music at night each day
Several costumed Pokémon will appear in the game: Pikachu, Piplup and Drifblim in Halloween attire and all can be shiny. Drifblim will also be available in GO Battle League
There will be new Avatar items available: Pikachu Pumpkin Head, Pumpkaboo Top, Pumpkaboo Pants, Hoopa Headband, Halloween Face Sticker. There will also be stickers available
Special Research, What Lies Behind the Mask?, will be made available. It will feature investigation into Ghost-type Pokémon. There will also be Timed Research focused around the Halloween Cup in GO Battle League
Halloween Mischief Part 1: Creepy Companions - October 15th 10:00 local time to October 22nd 10:00 local time
This event introduces Galarian Slowking into the game, which can be obtained by catching 30 Psychic-type Pokémon while it is your buddy.
The Misunderstood Mischief Special Research will get its next part unlock
Shiny Spinarak will be available from this event
Halloween Pikachu, Zubat, Gastly, Drowzee, Spinarak, Misdreavus, Shuppet, Halloween Piplup, Stunky, Woobat, Yamask and Gothita will be in the wild
Galarian Slowpoke, Murkrow, Scraggy, Yamask and Espurr will be in 1 star raids
Alolan Raichu, Sableye, Banette, Halloween Driflbim will be in 3 star raids
Spinarak, Misdreavus, Shuppet, Chingling, Litwick will be common in 7km Eggs while Galarian Yamask and Golett will be rarer in 7km Eggs
Halloween Pikachu, Zubat, Drowzee, Spinarark, Halloween Piplup, Halloween Drifblim Woobat, Gothita, Galarian Yamask will be available in Field Research
Halloween Mischief Part 2: Ghoulish Pals - October 22nd 10:00 local time to October 31st 20:00 local time
This event introduces Phantump, Trevenant, Pumpkaboo and Gourgeist to the game.
The Misunderstood Mischief Special Research will get its next part unlock
A Collection Challenge will run which requires you to collect all Pumpkaboo sizes
Halloween Pikachu, Gastly, Murkrow, Misdreavus, Shuppet, Halloween Piplup, Purrloin, Phantump, Small Size Pumpkaboo, Average Size Pumpkaboo, Haunter, Yamask, Litwick, Large Size Pumpkaboo and Super Size Pumpkaboo will be in the wild
Murkrow, Yamask, Galarian Yamask, Phantump, Average Size Pumpkaboo will be in 1 star raids
Alolan Marowak, Banette, Halloween Drifblim, Lampent will be in 3 star raids
Spinarak, Misdreavus, Shuppet, Litwick, Phantump will be common in 7km Eggs while Galarian Yamask and Golett will be rarer in 7km Eggs

There will be a special Raid Weekend event from October 30th at 10:00 to October 31st at 20:00 featuring an increase in Mega Absol and Darkrai raids.

Pokémon Masters
The Champion Stadium has been updated in Pokémon Masters EX. With this update, the Hard Lv. 1 Mode allows for players to battle against the Alola Elite Four & Champion. Each battle can be completed once a week with types of Sync Pairs used going towards your medal

Pokémon GO
Pokémon GO Battle League has now shifted to the Great League, and new Halloween Cup, which only allows Poison, Bug, Ghost, Dark or Fairy-type Pokémon of below 1500CP. This will run until October 25th 2021 at 20:00 UTC, with Halloween Cup continuing on until November 2nd.
