Niantic have announced the next event in Pokémon GO. This event is a Day of the Dead event for Latin American players on November 1st to November 2nd. During it Cubone, Sunflora, Roselia, Cacnea, Duskull, and Litwick appear more and Gastly, Misdreavus, Absol, Shuppet, Duskull, Drifloon, and Litwick will appear in Incense. There will also be Field Research tasks for Marowak, Alolan Marowak, Murkrow and Duskull. Poffin will also be available as rewards in GO Battle League.

Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO events for November 2020.
First, the Research Breakthrough Reward has been announced. From November 1st 2020 at 20:00 UTC to December 1st 2020 at 21:00 UTC you'll get a Togetic
The 5 Star Raid Battles have been confirmed. Darkrai will be running from October 23rd at 20:00 UTC to November 5th at 21:00 UTC.
A familiar Pokémon will run from November 5th at 21:00 UTC to November 16th at 21:00 UTC
Cobalion, Terrakion and Virizion will run from November 16th to November 24th at 21:00 UTC
An unannounced Raid Boss will then run from November 24th 21:00 UTC to November 30th 21:00 UTC
There will be a new Limited Research Day event on November 28th
Soon, you'll also be able to see if the Pokémon you caught was from a specific raid, remote raid, Research Breakthrough, Battle League Reward and so forth. The Special Research will also soon be adjusted so players don't receive a lot of Special Research once they complete A Mythical Discovery, instead having it spaced out so as to not overwhelm

Niantic have announced the Spotlight Hours for the month of November. They happen at 6pm to 7pm local time are as follows:
November 3rd - Cubone - 2* Catch Stardust
November 10th - Jigglypuff - 2* Catch Experience
November 17th - Meowth - 2* Catch Candy
November 24th - Barboach - 2* Transfer Candy

The next event, the Ice & Fighting-type Egg Event has begun in Pokémon Masters EX. This event allows for you to gain eggs to create a Sync Pair of the the Main Character and Seel, Mankey, Machop & Lapras, with Shiny Mankey & Lapras being available within the event. This event runs for two weeks until November 6th
