Following the voting that ran on Saturday, Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO Community Day on February 22nd will focus on Rhyhorn. This event will have 3* Capture Stardust 3 Hour Lure Modules. However, it will also give out the move Rock Wrecker to Rhyperior upon evolution. We'll bring more details as they come.
The Community Day runs at 11am to 2pm in each local time zone in the Northern Hemisphere and 3pm to 6pm in each local time zone in the Southern Hemisphere

New shadow Pokémon are now starting to appear in Pokémon GO. Now, when you challenge Team GO Rocket Grunts at PokéStops, there's a chance they'll have Shadow Pokémon like Vulpix, Ninetales, Exeggcute, Exeggutor, Omanyte, Omastar, Misdreavus, Carvanha, and Sharpedo on their team. Team GO Rocket Leaders might have Pinsir, Mawile, and Beldum in their teams as Shadow Pokémon as well.

Niantic have put live three new boxes in Pokémon GO following the end of the Lunar New Years event.
Special Box - 480 Coins - 1 Premium Battle Pass, 3 Super Incubator, 1 Incense & 1 Lucky Egg
Ultra Box - 1480 Coins - 17 Premium Battle Pass, 4 Super Incubator, 4 Star Piece, 4 Lure Module
Adventure Box - 1480 Coins - 16 Super Incubator, 4 Star Piece, 2 Egg Incubator, 4 Lure Module

It has been announced that on February 14th 2020, Steven & Metagross will be added to the game as part of the Poké Fair Spotlight Scout.
In addition to this, another trainer is to come on February 14th for free when you log in. It's not known who this trainer is, but the image shown changes the logo of the game to showcase a silhouette of Professor Oak. We'll bring more as it comes
