During today's episode of Pokémon Sun & Moon, it was revealed that a special will air on November 10th containing new information about the upcoming anime series as well as the first footage of the show itself. This is being hosted by Marie Iitoyo. This special is called "Let's Go To the World of Pocket Monsters with Marie Iitoyo! A Special Featuring a Thorough Rundown of the Pokémon Anime" and features a rundown of the anime
Edit @ 10:10: We also have the first images from an episode of the new series. These come from an interview with Marie Iitoyo where she confirms she has a guest role as Kangaskhan's child. It's currently unclear what the plot elements are featuring this but we'll provide full details as they come.

Today, we are covering a Pokémon introduced in the sixth generation. This Pokémon is said to devour anyone daring to ravage the forest. To the creatures dwelling in the forest, it offers great kindness. Through its roots, it exerts control over other trees. A deadly curse falls upon anyone cutting down trees in forests where Trevenant dwell. It’s feared as a ghost of the forest. Lumberjacks bring along Fire types, which Trevenant hates, when they enter the forest. This Pokémon controls trees via roots stretching from its feet, and it will attack anyone that dares to ravage the forest. So, here it is, the one-hundred & fifty-third entry, Trevenant
