Niantic have announced a new raid weekend. From February 22nd at 21:00 UTC to Monday February 25th at 21:00 UTC, Latias will appear in Raid Battles. With these raid battles, Latias can now appear Shiny

Niantic have announced that the Team Meadallion will go on sale from February 26th at 21:00 UTC. This item allows for a player to change their team. Only one can be purchased a year and it will cost 1,000 Coins. Any Pokémon in gyms when you activate it will not bring you coins and they can't be battled by you

The new AR Photo mode, Pokémon GO Snapshot, is now live for Android users of Pokémon GO who have updated to the new version. At present it's only live for players at Level 40 but will gradually roll out to all players as time progresses

Yesterday, Pokémon TV received a new update on iOS and Android platforms. This large update includes Pokémon Trainer Club integration, allowing you to stop an episode on one device and continue on another. As always, episodes are rotated through weekly. To coincide with this, The Power of Us is now available to watch for a limited time
