The Friendship Weekend event has begun in Pokémon GO. This event runs until 21:00 UTC on Monday February 11th. During this event, friendship levels will boost twice as fast on interactions, trades will cost half as much Stardust as usual, and trades will provide double the normal amount of Candy

It has been stated through the Chinese Pokémon GO Newsletter that during the Community Day on February 16th, if you evolve Piloswine into Mamoswine during the three hour window, your Mamoswine will know the charge move, Ancient Power. The Community Day runs at the following times:
The Asia-Pacific region: February 17th 12:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. JST (GMT +9)
Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India: February 16th 10:00 A.M. to 13:00 P.M. UTC (GMT +0)
The Americas and Greenland: February 16th 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. PST (GMT -8)

Pokkén Tournament DX
The next special Group Match has been begun on Pokkén Tournament DX. From February 8th through February 10th, you can participate in the "Underworld Ruler" Group Match. This cup is a Basic Battle competition, once again on a Fixed Battle Arena. Participating in this brings a special title reward based on Aegislash, and if you place highly you'll get other titles based on your placement. If you already received the title from the last time it ran, you will not receive it again

The next special Group Match has been announced on Pokkén Tournament DX. From February 22nd through February 24th, you can participate in the "Forest's Flash" Group Match. This cup is a Team Battle competition, once again on a Fixed Battle Arena. Participating in this brings a special title reward based on Sceptile, and if you place highly you'll get other titles based on your placement. If you already received the title from the last time it ran, you will not receive it again

Following its release earlier this week nin Sweden, the Pokémon TCG Card Dex app is now available for free on iOS and Android in many parts of Europe and North America. This app allows for you to keep track of all of your card collection from the Pokémon Sun & Moon set onwards
