Niantic have announced a special Raid Week. From 20:00 UTC on April 15th through 20:00 UTC on April 22nd, Latios will join Giratina in Raid Battles as a Level 5 Raid Boss. With this, Latios will be available Shiny as a possibility
In The Movies Department
Pokémon: Detective Pikachu
The details for the World Premiere for the upcoming Detective Pikachu movie have been revealed. The World Premiere will take place in Tokyo Japan on April 25th 2019 at 15:45 for meeting, 5pm opening and 6pm closing. The actors Ryan Reynolds (Detective Pikachu), Justice Smith (Tim Goodman), Kathryn Netwon (Lucy Stevens), Ken Watanabe (Lt. Yoshida), Ryoma Takeuchi (Tim Goodman's Japanese Voice Actor) & Marie Iitoyo (Lucy Steven's Japanese Voice Actor), as well as the director, Rob Letterman. In Japan there is a lottery to win one of 150 pairs of tickets to attend the event and a campaign on the official Twitter where they will give 5 sets of 10 tickets. However, despite that, it states the movie will not be shown at this event and is subject to change in its roster

Armageddon Expo is hitting Wellington, New Zealand this weekend (April 13th - April 15th) and to celebrate, a special event will be held around the arena. Like the other recent convention events, during this event, there will be increased Pokémon spawns of the Sinnoh Starters, there will be Double Stardust and Lure Modules will last for 4 Hours all within the viscinity of the arena
