Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon - Special Battle Season 11
The Special Battle rules for Season 11 have been revealed. Season 11 will run from July 10th to September 3rd 2018 and runs on Sun & Moon and Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, with rankings separate to eachother. This ruleset is rather standard but allows use of Mythical Pokémon, as well as standard Necrozma and Zygarde
Battle type: Single Battle
Pokémon Restrictions: National Pokédex. No Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Arceus, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Xerneas, Yveltal, Solgaleo, Lunala, Dusk Mane Necrozma, and Dawn Wings Necrozma cannot be used..
The other standard rules apply, including all set to Level 100 if above that, and you choose 3 Pokémon out of your 6, and you cannot have two Pokémon holding the same hold item. Battles have a 10 minute duration, with turns having a 60 second timer.

Niantic have announced the Pokémon GO Special Weekend in Japan. On the weekened of July 26th through 29th, there will be special events held at partner locations across Japan. These locations require purchasing a ticket at stores which then allow you to check in at participating sponsored PokéStops on the day. When at the event, from 10:00 to 20:00 JST on particular days, there will be increased spawns of various Pokémon and Double Experience for all participants with the spawns happening anywhere in Japan. Niantic have confirmed details for the Articuno Day on Saturday. In the same times as Community Day, players will be able to receive 5 Raid Passes from the Gym, as well as participate in raid battles against Articuno, with a chance of them being shiny. In addition to this, until 23:59 UTC tomorrow, Corsola and Roselia will have higher spawns in Europe as an apology for the Safari Zone event having issues on Saturday

Pokémon Shuffle has begun Week 21 of its event cycle. This cycle continues the Escalation Battle from last week as well as the following stages that will run for a week
The Ultra Challenge Stage is a stage for Guzzlord
The Great Challenge Stages are Hitmonchan, Gardevoir (Shiny), Landorus Therian Forme, Fennekin (Winking) & Araquanid
The Daily Pokémon are Oricorio Pom-Pom Style, Wishiwashi, Komala, Fomantis & Torracat
There's a One Chance Per Day stage for Jellicent (Female)
There's a Competitive stage for Mega Gardevoir
In addition to this, there's a Pokémon Safari containing Sewaddle, Cottonee (Winking), Cutiefly, Flabébé (Winking), Swadloon, Snubbull (Winking), Whimsicott (Winking), Floette (Winking), Chansey (Winking) & Leavanny which will last two weeks.
