A few brand new challenges have begun on Pokémon Shuffle.
First up is the Mega Steelix competition of the Nintendo 3DS version of the game. This runs until December 8th 2015 and will offer players a chance to win the Steelixite. If you're in the top 19,000 in North America, 12,000 in Europe or 50,000 in Japan you will receive the Steelixite. If you rank in the top 3,800 in North America, 2,300 in Europe, or 10,000 in Japan you will also receive a Mega Speedup. If you don't qualify for the Steelixite but are in the top 27,000 in North America, 16,000 in Europe, or the top 70,000 in Japan, you will receive an Attack Power Up and a Disruption Delay. All other players will earn a Jewel.
Next, a Thundurus stage has begun on both Pokémon Shuffle and Pokémon Shuffle Mobile. This runs until December 8th and will have an increasing chance of capture with each day. You can only play it once a day.
Finally, on mobile, a Mega Lucario competition has begun. This competition runs until December 8th and offers players the chance to get a Lucarionite. The top 100,000 players worldwide will get the Lucarionite while the top 10,000 also get a Mega Speedup. If you already have the Lucarionite, you will receive a Jewel. Serebii.net Advent Calendar
As we have done since 2003, this year I have created an Advent Calendar. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the term, an Advent Calendar is essentially a countdown until Christmas. Every day, a new puzzle and a variety of new downloads for you to enjoy. As time goes on, the puzzles get harder and the downloads get more plentiful, so be sure to check back every day. Continuing on from the last few year, we are doing a variety of puzzles which can be done in-browser rather than via printing. Click the picture you go to our Advent Calendar.
