Mewtwo is a Pokémon that was captured by Harry for the PCL while on an undercover assignment. Created in Kanto over 20 years ago, it found itself trapped by the PCL. When it was released by Harry, it hid in the shadows until being captured by Howard. Its powers were used by Howard to combine Pokémon and humans.
