Whenever an attack damages Koffing (even if Koffing is Knocked Out), you may search your deck for a Basic Pokémon named Koffing and put it onto your Bench. Then, shuffle your decks. This power can't be used if your Bench is full or if Koffing is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.
