The Lylat Cruise stage is similar to the Final Destination stage in that technically it is a static stage, however the background is forever changing...
The stage is a simple two levelled stage set upon a new ship called the Pleiades. The top level is not an entire platform rather 3 seperate ones seperated by air. However, the background of the stage changes, and as such, while the ship moves, it may sometimes go at an angle in order to simulate the movement of the ship. The ship takes you through the Corneria system, starting at the asteroid belt and going into hyperspace to wind up in orbit of Corneria. Soon after, the ship enters into the atmosphere of the planet. After a short bout within the atmosphere, the ship leaves and enters hyperspace. It winds up in the middle of a massive space battle. After that you are sent into another space battle, just with numerous recognisable ships will pass by including Arwings, Wolfen & The Great Fox
If playing as Fox, Falco or Wolf while on this stage, you can access easter eggs by pressing the taunt buttons quickly which show some conversations between them and the rest of the Starfox/Starwolf team
