Details

3D Land is a level that has several different parts. This level is based upon Super Mario 3D Land and follows the aesthetics and stage design of that game. It scrolls through the several stages of the level with varying degrees of interactivity.

First up is a standard scrolling Mario level. It starts off flowing to the right, having to jump around numerous pipes and platforms. There will even be a few music box platforms to jump off. Defeating is done by the sides here, though falling down the gaps can result in defeat.

After that part is over, it shifts to a four platform system. These platforms will ride through a canyon with the ability to knock players in all directions. On the odd occasion, there will be various blocks which come into contact with the platform, knocking them diagonally.

The third stage of the level is another side scrolling part, but with more obstacles such as rotating platforms that can cause you to fall down if you are complacent.

The final area is another platform based one where it flies over the sky before reaching a pipe and resetting to the beginning. However, there are various spiked pillars that will blast through the various platforms, destroying them briefly.
