Inteleon, The Secret Agent Pokémon. It has many hidden capabilities, such as fingertips that can shoot water and a membrane on its back that it can use to glide through the air. Its nictitating membranes let it pick out foes' weak points so it can precisely blast them with water that shoots from its fingertips at Mach 3.
Overview
Capturing one of the last major things Britain is known for besides colonizing most of the globe, Inteleons inspiration is heavily based on the MI6 spy James Bond. However Inteleon is sadly one of the lesser starters, lacking in tools to really make use of the fact that it is otherwise a very fast wallbreaker. Inteleon is no slouch in the offense department, but without a secondary STAB or powerful coverage options it doesn't quite stand out. Unfortunately its Hidden Ability, Sniper, won't change a whole lot for Inteleon either since there aren't many Special oriented moves with increased critical hit rate besides Snipe Shot. However, Inteleon still boasts fantastic Speed and solid Special Attack so while it's not the most standout Water-type, there's not much better to choose from for a specially offensive Water-type.
Positives
-125 Special Attack and 120 Speed are solid allowing Inteleon to use Modest in some situations due to its high base Speed, while getting around some boosting Pokemon at +1 with Timid nature.
-U-Turn is a huge boon to Inteleon's movepool as it allows for easy scouting as well as baiting in threats for another teammate, such as Rotom Wash, Ferrothorn, and Toxapex.
Negatives
-70/65/65 are terrible defensive stats which make it hard for Inteleon to get in even with its good defensive typing.
-Inteleon suffers from a shallow movepool which really holds it back from having a good niche despite its otherwise impressive offense.
Abilities
Torrent - Raises the power of Water moves by 50% when below 33% health - The only legal ability as of writing this, it's alright but Inteleon is a bit too frail to abuse it.
Sniper (Not Available) - Critical hits deal 2.25x damage instead of 1.5x - Not out yet, not really worth it overall but it fits Inteleon's stats better than Torrent, and has synergy with Snipe Shot's boosted critical hit rate.

Timid Nature
With Hydro Pump as the primary STAB, Inteleon can punch holes in many threats with its Choice Specs boosted STAB. Air Slash is a nice coverage option as it helps hit some Bug and Fighting types harder such as Toxicroak which is immune to Water moves. It also gives Inteleon access to Max Airstream when Dynamaxed which gives it some sweeping potential. Ice Beam rounds it out as one of Inteleon's last good move options, having only Shadow Ball and Dark Pulse as other options, and allows Inteleon to pressure Grass threats such as Rotom Cut and Roserade. Lastly U-Turn allows for nice utility to both scout out moves as well as set up for other teammates that also enjoy the holes Inteleon will punch into the opposing team.
Partners
-Gyarados - With similar walls in Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Rotom Cut, Inteleon can help create openings for Gyarados to get in or just remove enough health from said walls so Gyarados can muscle through.
-Kommo-o - Similar to Gyarados, Inteleon can create the right opportunity for Kommo-o to get in and boost with Dragon Dance or just threaten with its raw power and coverage while providing Inteleon a good switch out for its threats, such as Ferrothorn and Toxapex to a lesser extent.
Countering Inteleon
FerroPex - A defensive core popularized in OU since SM, Ferrothorn and Toxapex wall Inteleon hard and can get pressure through hazards or status they apply on the forced switch. This is one of the bigger issues for Inteleon as lacking a way through one of them, let alone both, is a major deterrent for a wallbreaker.
Milotic - High health and Special Defense, Milotic can just sit in front of Inteleon all day and slowly wear it down with Toxic while healing off damage it takes with Recover.
