Chimecho, The Wind Chime Pokémon. It uses the sucker on its head to hang from a tree or from eaves. It can produce seven different tones. Its cries echo inside its hollow body to emerge as beautiful notes for startling and repelling foes. To knock foes flying, it makes the air shudder with its cries. It converses using seven cries. They fly about very actively when the hot season arrives.When it becomes enraged, its cries result in ultrasonic waves that have the power to knock foes flying.
Overview
Chimecho is a cool little guy with a nice Special Attack and good bulkiness. Although it is NU, it has a lot of support options available to use. In 3rd gen, Chimecho was pretty pointless; it never had a useful role in a team, to be honest. However, in 4th gen Chimecho got a lot more options and has some usability in UU.

Levitate: a great ability as it makes you completely immune to any Ground attack, which gives Chimecho something else to safely switch into.

Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
Psychic works well with STAB and a way to beat Taunt. Wish works well as a recovery move, but Recover is usable if you don't think your team needs Wish support. Knock Off cripples anything it hits and can scout movesets, based on the item they were holding. Thunder Wave ruins sweepers, Protect works well with Wish, Toxic breaks down walls, Yawn forces switches and sleep, and Heal Bell is all about supporting the team with status.

Calm Mind is a great way of focusing on Chimecho's strengths and attempting a sweep. Psychic is a strong and reliable move, which benefits from STAB and has a chance to -1 the opponent's Special Defence. Signal Beam hurts the types Psychic doesn't, so Dark and Psychic mainly. Shadow Ball is another option that combos amazingly with Hidden Power [Fighting]. Hidden Power [Fire] is best to use with Signal Beam as it hurts Steel types as well as killing Shedinja, which you can't do unless you picked Shadow Ball. Recover is an option for a more defensive Chimecho.

Trick can destroy any Pokémon if you time when to use it. Sweepers lose their versatility, and walls lose their recovery. Psychic is your standard reliable attack. Signal Beam pairs well with Psychic, but Shadow Ball is another good option for taking stuff down. Hidden Power [Fire] hurts Steel types and combos with Signal Beam, whereas Hidden Power [Fighting] combos with Shadow Ball.
The choice between Choice Specs and Choice Scarf depends on whether you want speed or power. It could also depend purely on what you want to Trick.
EVs and Nature:
Support
252 HP gets the most out of both of Chimecho's defences as it is an overall boost to survivability. 176 Defence is a boost point, with the remainder in Chimecho's already nice Special Defence. You could focus more on a specific defence, but Chimecho has a good typing for taking both kinds of damage.
Calm Mind
Maximise HP and add a lot into Defence. The rest goes into Special Attack so Calm Mind is more effective on an offensive level. However, you could pump more into Defence, use a Bold nature, or just pump a lot more into Special Attack to make Chimecho more threatening.
Choice
You could use less Speed and more HP if you really wanted, but the HP wouldn't make as much of a difference as the Speed would for an offensive set.
Other Options
Hypnosis, Magic Coat, Grass Knot, Recycle, Double Screens, Gravity Hypnosis has bad accuracy but the chance of putting something to sleep is pretty pro.
Magic Coat reflects status and what not back, meaning, if you can predict, it could work on a lead set.
Grass Knot is another option which is usable on the offensive sets.
Recycle is an awesome gimmick. Get those berry boosts.
Double Screens is a good choice for a lead set and it supports the rest of the team.
Gravity is again for team support and works on that style of team.
Countering Chimecho
Chimecho doesn't hit hard enough and have a wide enough movepool to be a massive threat, to be honest. It also isn't bulky enough to take strong neutral hits well. Dark types destroy Chimecho. They can switch in easily and ruin it with their STAB moves. Houndoom, Drapion and Skuntank come to mind as good switch ins that can easily destroy Chimecho. Steel types can also switch in without any difficulty. Stuff like Registeel, bulky Steel types, have a field day with Chimecho. Ghost types can deal with Chimecho pretty well also. As I said, Chimecho isn't really a threat in any way, shape or form. It is just there to support the team. Watch out for Knock Off, Trick and status and you should be completely fine, unless you try to beat it with Toxicroak or something.
